Q. What is lead time once we order Machine ?
A. Lead time is 7 Days.

Q. Is there any cost ?
A. There is zero cost once we approve location.

Q. Can we request certain items ?
A. Yes we welcome feedback and can add any items into next refill we can even add iphone chargers or deodorant.

Q. Who is my point of contact at Vendo ?
A. You will have a dedicated account manager they  will manage all aspects of your account.

Q. Can you pay with coins or cash ?
A. No these are older type machines all payments are contactless or Applepay.

Q. What are you opening Hours ?
A. We are open 8am -9pm 7 days a week.

Q. Can we get more than one Smart Machine ?
A. Yes if you are a larger employer we can provide multiple units.

Q. Can you supply a Smart Machine with frozen food ?
A. Yes we have a frozen food solution if required who doesn’t love pizza and ice cream.

Q. Do you have a Health-conscious selection ?
A. Yes we can supply protein shakes, Protein bars , Nuts,Jerky and Dried fruit.
